Cancellation Policy
All bookings made require prior consultation to ensure the appropriate treatment has been arranged. Should it be deemed unsafe for a particular treatment to be completed an alternative may be offered. At this time the client can chose to cancel if they so wish. Cancellations made by the client will be done so with at least 24 hours notice or a 10% charge may be incurred.
